Return and Withdrawal Policy \u2013 Bottled Alcoholic Beverages<\/b><\/h1>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/h2>\n

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to exercise your right of withdrawal<\/b><\/h3>\n

You may exercise this right by sending us a clear statement by email to:<\/span><\/p>\n

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request.<\/span>

\n<\/span>Bottles must be returned in their original condition, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of your decision.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/b><\/h2>\n

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:<\/span>
\n<\/span>– Opened bottles or bottles whose seal has been broken;<\/span>
\n<\/span>– Damaged bottles or bottles that are no longer fit for resale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return Conditions<\/b><\/h2>\n

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a non-compliant product.<\/span>
\n<\/span>– The refund will include the price of the returned product(s) and, where applicable, the initial shipping costs (standard rate only).<\/span>
\n<\/span>– Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned items or proof of shipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Damaged or Non-Compliant Products<\/b><\/h2>\n

If one or more bottles arrive broken, damaged, or do not match your order, please contact us upon receipt.
